Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses within the United States. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse.
Cost
- Free shipping on orders of $60.00 or more.
- Orders under $60.00 are charged a flat rate of $4.95, shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 5 to 9 days. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier backlogs, severe weather and peak periods can add time. If your order has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch, email support@petkorr.com and we will replace it or refund you.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to begin updating after dispatch, which is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further shipping charge. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, check with your household and neighbours first, then contact us within 7 days and we will investigate. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
